List of political detainees that the opposition wants released prior to the dialogue

During the meeting between Etienne Tshisekedi, leader of the Rassemblement opposition political platform, and the International Support Group for the dialogue, the Group was presented with a list of political and opinion detainees that the Rassemblement want released as one of its pre-conditions to the holding of the dialogue. These prisoners are being detained in Kinshasa and in Lubumbashi.

In Kinshasa

Central Prison:
