The Congolese National Police (PNC) has nothing to do with the case between the Union for Democracy and Social Progress (UDPS) and its Landlord, Pascal Busumoke, who has decided to seal the headquarters of this political formation for insolvency.
This was stated by the PNC spokesperson, Colonel Mwanamputu Pierre Rombeaut, in a report that reached KINSHASATIMES.CD, in reaction to the statement of the Secretary General of the UDPS, accusing the Police of having Besieged without cause the building housing hosting there office in Goma.
